How it works
1. Tell us about your engine
Include the vehicle's year, make and model, the symptoms or damage, and any recent repairs. Let us know whether the engine is assembled or already apart. We'll discuss the requested work and service availability before you ship.
2. Arrange shipping
Confirm what to send and the shipping arrangements with us first. Drain engine fluids and pack the engine securely for its weight. Follow the agreed packing instructions and the carrier's requirements. Include your name and contact information with the engine. Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
3. Deposit and rebuild
After your engine arrives, a $500 deposit is required before work begins. The work and parts needed depend on the engine's condition. Contact us to discuss an estimate and the scope of your rebuild.
4. Payment and return
The invoice must be paid in full before return shipping. Discuss return-shipping arrangements with us as part of your job.
